Mark Shurtleff has been in the Attorney General’s office for so long that you really have to dig back to remember everything that has happened through his tenor. The Salt Lake Tribune once again spells out how deep you have to go back and really just how close the Former and now Current AG’s office, Division of Consumer Protections Office, and Governor really are to business’s, MLM’s, and other side deals.

I find it amusing how quick Francine Giani and The Utah Dept of Consumer Protections is to point the finger and as they really try to blame and separate themselves from the AG’s office when really they operate with all the same attorney’s, they communicate frequently, share information among each other and other behind the curtain things the public has no idea about.

Gary Herbert is one of the good ol boys.

They know each other’s cases very well. A good way to draw it up Is almost like that evil 3 headed serpent that you have to attack. However they muddy the waters as much as they can so there won’t ever be any clarity from The Governor’s office, The Division of Consumer Protections or The Attorney General’s office.

They all abuse their powers, play the semantics, and blame the business’s. They need direct guidelines and rule. Not these vague laws that walk small business owners down a nasty path. The reason they are vague is so that these elected officials can walk both sides of the fence and it’s really disturbing.

 

I find it funny the Division of Consumer Protection is fining another business over a licensing issue instead of giving them a realistic fine “without the Shock factor” that is pro business, maybe like get them in compliance with the state first.

Who didn’t Green Tea pay off? Apparently Mark Shurtleff and John Swallow got paid for it? Is this why Francine Giani The Division of Consumer Protections always go behind the Attorney General’s back and fine the people they get money from? Jealously?…

There is a lot more that goes on behind the scenes that people aren’t aware of. When is Utah going to elect some re presentable and ethical politicians in Utah?  Yeah that’s right… Even Francine Giani Plays the fierce game of politics and special interests in Utah right with the good ol boys.

I guess I won’t beat the drum much more on this post about Utah’s Corruption here in the State. I just find it sad no one has carried John Swallow along with his friends out of office as this mess continues to unwind. “including the Governor and Francine“

You have to be naive not to see there is a fine level of corruption in Utah. From the governor’s office, to the Division of Consumer Protection on over to the Attorney General’s Office.
